Confetti Salad

This is a salad I got inspired in a visit to the market before going to a friend's house for dinner. I think it turnet out pretty good!

3 heirloom tomatoes, cut in cubes
6-7 fresh button mushrooms, cut in cubes
2 fuyu persimmons, peeled and cut in cubes
Fresh mozzarella, cut in cubes
3 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped finely
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil (or more, to taste)
salt to taste
